Returns

We want you to feel confident choosing ZOUL.

If something doesn’t feel right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
